The ProCurb™ Trailer Series

The all new  ProCurb™ Series is the most innovative change to the curbing industry since TYGAR introduced the interchangeable plunger system.  The trailers were designed by TYGAR in coordination with our most experienced curbing contractors, who provided invaluable advise that resulted in a number of revolutionary features never before seen on a curbing trailer.  They include (Click Here for pdf brochure):

• Cargo-style V-Nose Equipment Box: 50% more storage than conventional trailers, stand-up height of 6'6", paneled with 3/4"plywood for shelving & tie-downs, and fully lighted!
• Completely New Open Storage: large enough for a pallet of portland, wheelbarrows, yard scraps, and other equipment
• Slideable Ramp: services both the equipment box and open storage area, the ramp doubles as a side panel when moving
• Heavy-duty Construction/Light-weight Engineering: built stronger than conventional trailers, yet is 20% lighter and lower to the ground for easy loading and unloading
• Exceeds Capacity of Existing Full-Size Trailers: holds over 600 ft. of materials (4 yards+ of sand), up to a pallet of portland, much greater dry storage space, plus easy access to the attached mixer
• The ProCurb Cub Trailer: the new "Cub" style trailer has the same novel design on a 16' trailer and will hold 350 ft. of material.

All of TYGAR’s custom curbing trailers are built exclusively for the curbing business from the ground up. We use only the highest qualifty reinforced steel and unsurpassed craftsmanship. We also use a high-grade primer and an industrial finish on all of our trailers.
