TYGAR's New BENGAL TG1000XL Curb Machine

TYGAR manufactures and markets a complete line of turnkey equipment packages for the concrete curbing industry, and our new and improved BENGAL TG1000XL continues to be the workhorse of landscape concrete curbing.  For use in both residential and commercial applications, the BENGAL XL is made with heavy duty machined parts and a powerful Honda 3.0HP gas motor.

TYGAR's CurbCable System: CurbCable allows contractors to easily and seamlessly integrate cable into the curb in order to gain strength and longevity.  This system attaches quickly to the Bengal's steering assembly and does not impede operation or speed at all.  Curbers can now charge more for a longer lasting product!

• Extruding 24” walkways, landscape curbs with imbedded accent lighting, and over 30 different stamp patterns to match brick, slate, stone, and other designs;
• Up to 25 distinct molds and attachments which are quickly and easily interchangeable;
• Accepting up to 3/8” rock aggregate for commercial applications;
• Curbing up to 16 feet per minute and completing two or three jobs in one day;
• Produces up to a 12 x 12 commercial curb.

The Bengal XL curb machine comes standard with a Honda gas motor, and TYGAR is OEM Honda certified, which allows us to offer the full Honda warranty on the motor. Honda engineers put all of our equipment through extensive testing to ensure the motor specified for each machine is the correct horsepower. Our powder coat finish eliminates rust and provides a durable painted finish. All of the components are billet aluminum or plated steel and are all CNC machined. All of these coatings prohibit rust from occurring.
